Due to occasional logistics delays caused by high shipping demand, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines cannot always be fully guaranteed.

Standard Shipping

Process Time: 1–3 business days.

Please expect a normal delivery time of 15–20 days.

Due to regional logistics variations and peak shipping periods, delivery to North America may experience a delay of approximately 2 days.

Expedited Shipping

You may choose to pay the applicable express shipping fee for your country when placing your order.

Express shipping typically takes 15–20 business days from the dispatch date.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not supported.

Some countries may require customs clearance fees upon delivery.  Please pay the required tax and send us the receipt—we will reimburse the amount as soon as possible.

In certain areas, weekend delivery may be available.  If applicable, this will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery estimates for FREE Prime Two-Day shipments are based on two business days and do not include weekends if weekend delivery is unavailable.
